Premium Canine/Feline
Membership
(plans are for 1 year and are renewable)
•Includes everything in Basic Plan, PLUS:
•Basic Blood Tests (Blood Chemistry and Complete
Blood Counts)
•Complete Dental Cleaning and Polishing
- includes IV catheter, anesthesia, pulse ox monitoring,
antibiotic injection & dental goodie bag
•15% OFF any additional
services or products
**Discount applies to emergency
fees, surgery fees, medical procedures, lab fees,
x-rays, dentistry and medications….however
it does not include food purchases
**Core vaccines are Distemper-Parvo-Lepto,
Bordetella and Rabies for dogs and 3 way-FVRCP,
Feline Leukemia and Rabies for cats
Some patients may require
additional diagnostic tests or blood work at the
veterinarian’s discretion…these will
be discussed with you beforehand…of course!
